What do you mean by "activities organised by the Master of Well-being"?
By "activities organised by the Master of Well-being" we mean all the activities included in the entrance fee. During your day at the spa, the Master of Well-being will give you the chance to try out different relaxation techniques, exercises and specific treatments for your body, both inside the saunas and the Turkish bath. A good way to learn simple tips for a healthier life.
Is it possible to book the entrance ticket?
During peak season periods (bank holidays, weekends and holidays in general) our Spa Centre reaches its maximum capability from the very first hours of the day. For this reason we suggest you book your entrance ticket in advance. To do so you can:
1. Pre-purchase your entrance ticket on our website www.termedipre.it, by simply clicking on "Online Shop". Entrance tickets can be purchased by credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal circuit accepted). After completing the purchasing process, you will receive a confirmation email and a booking code. The booking code is valid one year only and you will have to use during the booking process. After completing the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email. We inform you that we do not tolerate delays of more than 30 minutes.
2. Stay in one of our partner hotels. If you stay in one of the partner hotels of the area, their reception staff will be able to book your entrance ticket. Please find a list including all of our partner hotels by clicking on the following link http://www.termedipre.it/hotel_convenzionati.asp
Massages must be booked in advance by phone.
If you cannot book your entrance ticket in advance, we inform you that during peak season periods (bank holidays, weekends and holidays in general) our Spa Centre reaches its maximum capability from the very first hours of the day, therefore we have to open a waiting list. During these periods we open at 8.15 am. If you arrive at 8.15 am you will be able to access our centre without waiting. Otherwise, if you wish to visit us after that time, we suggest you call us on +39 0165 867272 / 0165 867273. You will be asked to leave us your name, the number of people willing to visit us and your mobile number. We will then send you a text message as soon as places become available. From that moment on you will be able to access our Centre. According to our experience, waiting times will be around 3 or 4 hours.
Is the Spa open in the winter too?
Yes. There is nothing more magical and striking than taking an open air bath in the thermal waters of Pré-Saint-Didier Spa while it is snowing. Pré-Saint-Didier Spa is open all year round.
What do you mean by "Relaxation under the stars"?
By "Relaxation under the stars" we mean the opening hours extended till 11 pm every Friday and Saturday. A magical experience wrapped in a blanket of stars.
What are the properties of the thermal waters of Pré-Saint-Didier?
The thermal waters of Pré-Saint-Didier have a temperature varying between 36° C and 37° C. The water of Pré-Saint-Didier is an acidulous-arsenious-ferruginous water with light traces of radon. It has detoxifying, anti-stress, toning, relaxing and anti-inflammatory properties to help you keep a good physical condition.
Are children allowed in the Spa?
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the spa centre.
Would you advise people with specific disorders against entering the Spa?
Pregnant women, people who have suffered or are suffering from heart of lung disorders, blood pressure or post traumatic problems, have undergone recent surgical interventions or suffer from other serious pathologies will be refused admission to the spa centre facilities.
Which services are included in the entrance fee?
The entrance fee includes the use of bathrobe, towel, flip flops and a light buffet with fruit, bread, breadsticks, infusions and fruit juices. Our spa centre boasts more than thirty different thermal treatments, including 3 outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor saunas, a Turkish bath, relaxation rooms with chromotherapy and aromatherapy and a veranda with a panoramic view of Mont Blanc.
What do I need to take with me?
Only your swimwear (every type of swimwear is allowed). Everything else will be provided to you after purchasing an admission ticket. If you do not have a swimming suit or swim trunks, you can find them on sale for 22 Euros at the reception.
Do the Thermal Baths of Pré-Saint-Didier have their own hotel?
At the moment we do not have a hotel in our spa centre but it is in the planning stage. For this reason we work with partner hotels, mainly in the Mont Blanc Valley area, which can offer their guests a 10% discount on the entrance fee and the possibility to reserve their entrance tickets.
Is Pré-Saint-Didier Spa operating within the National Health Service?
Pré-Saint-Didier Spa does not operate within the NHS.
Is it possible to buy any extra treatment in addition to the entrance?
The admission ticket offers you an all-inclusive formula, which allows you to use every thermal treatment in the spa. In addition to this, it is possible to buy other treatments such as traditional, anti-stress, anti-fatigue or sports massages, as well as stone therapy, lymphatic drainage and lumbo-cervical treatments.
Is it possible to buy special combined tickets including entrance fee and massages?
As for the entrance, it is possible to buy a book of 5/10/15 or 30 tickets. Along with the purchase of your admission ticket or book of tickets you can buy the treatments which most suit you.
Is there a restaurant inside the spa centre?
Our spa centre does not have its own restaurant, but a light buffet with fruit, bread, breadsticks, infusions and fruit juices is included in the entrance fee.
What are the thermal mud treatments?
Every day our Master of well-being organises thermal mud treatments which will purify and tone up your skin. The cost of these treatments is 10€ and we suggest you book them at our reception desk at the beginning of your visit.
What time do you need to leave the pools?
Guests are kindly asked to leave the pools and the other thermal areas at least 30 minutes prior closing time.
