For us, well-being means the fresh air of our mountains, the colours of our valleys and the fragrances of pristine nature. Our saunas are made with local wood and offer an incomparable view on the Mont Blanc Chain and on the surrounding woods. To increase their benefits, every day our "Masters of well-being" organize special sauna sessions using pure essential oils.

To make our Guests experience the real colours and fragrances of the alpine environment, we decided to recreate a true mountain ambience inside our saunas. Our philosophy aims to offer natural and high-quality products. To be able to do so, we chose to use regional raw materials only. As a consequence, we succeeded in reducing the supply chain, while safeguarding the environment and respecting the rhythms of nature. That's how, after a long process of distillation, extremely pure essential oils are obtained

The garden of essences fills the sunbathing area of the Thermal Baths of Pré Saint Didier with flowers and fragrances. It is round-shaped and in each one of its "wedges" a wonderful aromatic herb quietly grows.

The essences of our garden are not only used inside our saunas, but also along our "thermal path" to increase the well-being of our Guests. Our herbs are used to prepare special infusions and herbal teas, while our essential oils are used in beauty care treatments and massages.
